Andrew provides private one-to-one and couples counselling to cope with issues such as: traumatic illness, relationship concerns, depression and anxiety, weight concerns and addictions. Andrew believes that good health is holistic and that includes focussing on one’s mental health, knowing that individual counselling can lead to positive physical health outcomes as well. He also believes that our environment can be its own natural cure, encouraging individuals to connect or re-connect to nature through exercise, gardening or simply being outdoors.
Andrew looks forward to supporting you to connect to your true nature, share your concerns and help bring holistic wellness into your life!
